When you use any service on the KEYPO Suite (hereinafter referred to as 'this platform'), this platform assumes that you have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted all the terms of service of this platform. If there is any violation of the terms of service, this platform may suspend or terminate your use of the services on this site according to relevant regulations without further notice.
2. Users under the age of 18 must have their legal representatives read, understand, agree to, and accept all the contents of the terms of service and its subsequent amendments before using or continuing to use any service on this platform. When you use any service on this platform, this platform assumes that the legal representatives have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted all the contents of the terms of service, including all relevant contents of future amendments.
3. According to the 'Protection of Children and Youth Welfare and Rights Act' of the Ministry of the Interior, to ensure the safety of children and youths using the internet and to avoid infringement of privacy rights, parents (or guardians) should fulfill the following obligations: accompany children under 12 years old while using the internet and decide whether to give consent before youths over 12 but under 18 years old use the internet.
4. This platform has the right to modify or change the contents of the membership terms at any time. Except for significant impacts on the personal rights of platform members, this platform will not individually notify members nor make additional announcements. Members also agree to comply with relevant laws and international conventions. Members outside the Republic of China must also agree to comply with the laws of their respective countries or regions. The platform strictly prohibits members from conducting the following behaviors through this site:

1. Impersonating or using someone else's name, member account, publishing or transmitting any illegal, defamatory, insulting, threatening, aggressive, obscene, indecent, fake, uncomfortable, or violating public order and good customs text, pictures, or any form of files.
2. Infringing on others' reputation, property rights, privacy, trade secrets, copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, and other rights.
3. Publishing or storing any defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, obscene, pornographic, gambling, or any other illegal files or data.
4. Violating confidentiality obligations imposed by law or contract.
5. Transmitting or spreading computer viruses or interfering, damaging others' hardware or internet information in any way. Conducting illegal transactions or posting false, misleading, or criminally induced text or pictures.
6. Using the platform for commercial activities or selling prohibited items, including: firearms, drugs, illegal software, or other unauthorized items.
7. Collecting others' email addresses and other personal data without consent.
8. Providing gambling-related information or inducing others to participate in gambling in any way.
9. Selling food, hygiene, medical, and health products.
10. Conducting advertising behaviors in any way.
11. Using artificial or machine, software to access large amounts of information, affecting system operations or other users' rights.
12. Applying for multiple member accounts to conduct inappropriate behaviors with different member accounts. In addition to the items expressly stated above, any behaviors that violate the platform's regulations or have affected the platform's operations and others' rights are not allowed. After verification, the platform has the right to stop providing services and may pursue legal actions and compensation if it infringes on the platform's rights.
13. The content of the platform's services, including but not limited to website design, reports, pictures, information, raw data, etc., is owned by BIG DATA Co., Ltd. or the original rights holder in accordance with the law. Without authorization, it may not be copied, reprinted, reproduced, or quoted for other purposes. Violators will be held legally responsible.
14. Members who wish to quote the content of the platform's services, except for those who are legally allowed to make reasonable use, must obtain the consent of BIG DATA Co., Ltd. or the original rights holder in advance. Please do not use arbitrarily. If a member's use of this system service involves infringement, BIG DATA Co., Ltd. will terminate all or part of the member's services.

IV. Member Registration

To use all information content and related services of this platform, every member must agree to the following matters: to perform member identity verification and provide member-related services and future marketing needs, the platform will ask you to join as a member in the following ways:

1. Fill in personal data through the platform's member registration process to join as a member. Some required fields are mandatory, while other fields are optional. Failure to fill in optional fields does not affect your rights to use the platform's member services.
2. Members should properly safeguard their accounts and passwords. If accounts are found to be misused by unauthorized persons, causing damage to the platform, the member themselves, or other members, they should promptly notify the platform manager and provide specific evidence (such as relevant screenshots). After verification of unauthorized account use, the platform will protect the rights of the member making the request, and the member themselves is not liable for compensation. However, the platform is not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized account use.
3. Please proactively notify the platform to update your data when there are any changes to the mandatory fields of personal data to ensure the accuracy of the data and protect your member rights.
4. The platform may adjust and set individual user service contents and permissions according to operational needs.
5. If a member provides any false or incomplete necessary data when purchasing any service on the platform, causing the platform to be unable to contact the member and send relevant notifications, resulting in loss of member rights, the consequences must be borne by the member.
6. The accounts of any service on the platform are non-transferable. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their passwords and accounts. In the event of unauthorized use, the platform has the right to immediately suspend the account according to the law.
7. Members agree to pay the relevant fees for using the services according to the platform's regulations. If the payment fails, the platform has the right to suspend the member's usage rights.
8. If a member needs to suspend or upgrade any service on the platform, please call customer service during working hours for assistance. After submitting a request to suspend the service, the service can continue to be used until the end of the current payment cycle, but no refunds or credits will be given.
9. The KEYPO service on the platform restricts excessively frequent keyword modifications, inappropriate or large-scale queries of platform data. During the usage period, members should operate through the operation interface; members shall not use any unauthorized transmission methods, systems, plug-ins, or viruses to engage in any inappropriate activities on the platform, including using any detection, decryption, destruction, reproduction, scanning, decompilation, reverse assembly, hacking, malicious software, or viruses to obtain any improper benefits or data, or cause inconvenience to others. If the above malicious behavior affects the platform's operation or damages other members' rights, the platform has the right to stop providing services after verification.

V. Data Management

The platform server will automatically record the functions used by users, user IP addresses, domain names, and other relevant information. The above information is only used for statistical analysis and does not involve your personal identity information. Except for the circumstances where your consent is obtained or where the government agencies, courts, and other situations required by law, the information will not be disclosed to others outside the platform, and internal personnel are strictly prohibited from using these data to ensure your privacy and security.

VI. Termination of Use

If a platform member is reported, and it is determined by the inspection, police, and investigation agencies, courts, or other government agencies that the member has violated the site terms, the platform will suspend the member's account usage rights. If verified, the platform has the right to immediately terminate your account.

VII. Regulations and Jurisdiction

The service terms of this site are determined according to internet regulations and the laws of the Republic of China. In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to take the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
